Basic Information

Product name Nikon Zf Mirrorless SLR Camera [body only]
Model No. Zf

Product Features

The "Z f" is a fusion of two meanings.

The "f" has two meanings: the first is "fusion," which represents the union of Nikon's tradition of innovation cultivated over more than 70 years with cutting-edge full-frame mirrorless technology. The other is "F," which symbolizes the cameras that have built Nikon's history. The "F" symbolizes the "F" in the Nikon F1, which continues the tradition of introducing people to the joys of photography.

A design that inspires attachment to the exterior and a comfortable feel for operation

- Sophisticated heritage design. The magnesium alloy body is coated with a glossy black finish, and the dials and top panel displays are engraved with characters.

- The easy-to-use, high quality grip is designed to ensure stability when the lens is mounted. Artificial leather is used for a luxurious feel.

- The dials are made of high-quality brass for a high level of design and a sturdy feel.

Monochrome photography allows you to express your world

- In addition to the existing "Monochrome" mode, "Deep Tone Monochrome" and "Flat Monochrome" are newly selectable, allowing users to enjoy a variety of monochrome expressions. A dedicated lever is also provided to instantly switch to monochrome shooting.

- Deep Tone Monochrome: High contrast highlights and low contrast shadows. Reds appear brighter and blues appear darker in this characteristic monochrome mode. The result is a cool, transparent photo.

- Flat Monochrome: A monochrome with rich midtones that gently reproduces tones from white to black without any sense of emphasis. This monochrome mode is rich in neutral tones, reproducing gradual tones from white to black without emphasis, giving a warm and soft impression to your photos.

The camera can also capture beautiful images comfortably even in dark scenes, allowing you to enjoy shooting to your heart's content.

- With a maximum normal ISO sensitivity of 64,000, even dark scenes are beautifully rendered with fine detail. Starlight View allows you to easily check the subject/composition even in extremely dark scenes.

- Excellent AF performance, including 9 types of subject detection (people, dogs, cats, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trains, and airplanes).

- Subject detection is now possible even when using old lenses or MF lenses.

- Focus Point VR suppresses blurring around the selected focus point, so that even subjects in the corner are sharply rendered.

- The 8-step image stabilization effect broadens the range of expression in hand-held photography.

Record richly gradated images in the camera

- H.265 10-bit images can be recorded in N-Log format with low color saturation for greater editing flexibility without the use of an external recorder.
