Designed exclusively for APS-C mirrorless cameras, the lens combines a compact size with a large F1.4 aperture! This lightweight lens is also compatible with the popular E-mount VLOG cameras!
Three new Sony E-mount (APS-C format) F1.4 single focal length lenses have joined the lineup of Tokina's atx-m mirrorless-exclusive lens series. The three lenses are a semi-wide-angle 23mm (35mm film equivalent), a standard 33mm (35mm film equivalent 50mm), and a mid-telephoto 56mm (35mm film equivalent 85mm) single focal length lens with an easy-to-use focal length range. The lens is designed exclusively for APS-C mirrorless cameras. The lens is also equipped with an STM (stepping motor) for quiet and fast autofocusing and an aperture ring for click-free, stepless aperture operation in video.

Optical design that realizes a soft taste and bokeh out-of-focus effect. With 9 aperture blades, even the shape of the blur in the background is carefully designed.

The 23mm and 33mm lenses are designed to be compact and lightweight, optimized for APS-C mirrorless cameras so as not to compromise the "compactness and lightweight" advantage of mirrorless cameras. The compactness of the filter size of 52mm is also achieved.
- Quiet and Fast AF
The STM (stepping motor) provides quiet, fast, and accurate autofocusing.
- Equipped with an aperture ring for movies
The lens barrel is equipped with an aperture ring that does not click at the aperture stage. This allows the aperture ring to be used for stepless brightness adjustment during movie recording. Also, by setting the aperture ring to the "A" position, the aperture can be controlled on the camera side. (A click is provided on the aperture at the F16 and A positions to prevent malfunction.)
