Model No. SE70200

Product Features

- "70-200mm Telephoto Zoom Lens" with outstanding descriptive performance and beautiful bokeh effect at a brightness of F2.8 across the entire large-aperture zoom range
The "LUMIX S PRO 70-200mm F2.8 O.I.S. (S-E70200)" is a large-aperture lens that delivers outstanding descriptive performance. The brightness of F2.8 across the entire zoom range allows the lens to be used in a wide range of situations, from sports and nature photography, which require shutter speed, to indoor and other low-light photography.
The 17-group, 22-element optical design features one aspherical lens to suppress spherical aberration, while two UED lenses and three ED lenses are optimally positioned to correct chromatic aberration, resulting in excellent descriptive performance right up to the periphery of the image. The "double focus system," which divides the focus group into two groups and operates them independently, delivers excellent descriptive performance with high resolution and high contrast from close-up to infinity, regardless of the subject's distance.
The lens also pursues a beautiful bokeh effect, which is a taste of photographic expression, and a three-dimensional texture that smoothly blurs as it moves from the focus plane to the out-of-focus plane. The high descriptive performance and beautiful bokeh effect will impressively depict the moment captured in a photograph.

- Dual I.S. 2, high-speed, high-precision AF, and teleconverter compatibility enable handheld telephoto shooting for superior mobility.
The Dual I.S. 2 control speed of 480 fps enables high-speed, high-precision AF control. The "Double Focus System" has made each group lighter in weight, which also achieves even faster and more precise AF. The S-series cameras are also compatible with "Dual I.S. 2," which enables the camera's in-body image stabilization (B.I.S.) and in-lens image stabilization (O.I.S.) to be controlled in tandem, providing a high compensation effect of approximately 7 stops (*1) in terms of shutter speed.
When the dedicated teleconverter (*2) is attached, ultra-telephoto shooting at a maximum of 400mm is possible. The camera's high-speed, high-precision AF and the powerful image stabilization performance of Dual I.S. 2 also provide excellent mobility, enabling handheld ultra-telephoto shooting at 400mm.

*1: Based on CIPA standard (when using DC-S1R/DC-S1/DC-S1H, Yaw/Pitch direction: focal length f = 200mm).
*2: When the DMW-STC20 teleconverter (sold separately) is attached, the f-stop value becomes 2 stops darker.

- High operability and reliability to meet the demands of professionals
The focus clutch mechanism allows the user to quickly switch between AF and MF modes simply by sliding the focus ring, and the distance scale on the lens barrel appears during MF mode for precise focusing. Focus buttons are located in three positions on the lens barrel for intuitive operation.
With dustproof and drip-proof (*3) specifications and a low-temperature resistance design of -10°C, the lens covers a wide range of outdoor shooting scenarios, including shooting in cold climates such as snowy mountains and slopes, as well as in professional settings.

*3: When attached to our dustproof and drip-proof full-size mirrorless SLR camera body.
