About Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges of Products

1. Returns for Defects / Damage on Arrival

We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, stains, or missing parts, we will accept a return for a refund.

Request period: Please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

How to request: Contact us using the method specified by our store and include your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.

Return shipping: Return the item to us after receiving our instructions.
Return shipping costs are initially paid by the customer, and we will handle the refund after confirming the condition of the returned item.

Note: If the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may provide an alternative solution (replacement, partial refund, etc.) depending on stock availability.

2. Wrong Item Received (Our Mistake)

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange an exchange and ship the correct item.

Please return the incorrect item using the return method we specify (in many countries, “C.O.D.” is not available; we will provide instructions).

3. Items Not Eligible for Cancellation / Return / Exchange

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damage, defects, stains, missing parts, or malfunctions caused after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
  • Requests made after 10 days from delivery (or after 3 days for wrong-item claims).
  • Items that have been modified, repaired, adjusted, or had parts replaced by the customer (including installing add-ons).
  • Items that are scratched, stained, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging (bags, boxes, cases, protective materials).
  • Pre-order / made-to-order items.

4. Cancellations & Customer-Preference Returns

As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations for any reason once an order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preference (e.g., “changed my mind,” “no longer needed,” “ordered by mistake,” “expected it to be different,” etc.) or due to customer-caused non-delivery, including refused delivery, unclaimed parcels, or failure/refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs/clearance fees.

Exceptions (only if applicable):
We will of course assist if the issue is caused by our store (wrong item shipped, missing item, or proven defect on arrival) under Sections 1–2.

Due to new EU rules effective from June 19, 2026, EU/EEA customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.
