In-stock Products

In-stock items are normally shipped within 7 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., New Year holidays, Golden Week) or periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.

Pre-order Products

Pre-order items are shipped after the item is officially released and arrives at our warehouse.

  • The estimated release date is provided by the manufacturer and may be changed or significantly postponed without prior notice.

  • Once the item arrives, we will ship pre-orders in the order they were placed.

  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, failed customs clearance, incorrect address, or non-collection, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and reshipment will require an additional shipping payment.
