Leonard Watch from the TV anime "Blood Blockade Battlefront", wearing the outfit he had in the ending! He has been sculpted in a dynamic pose, lightly swinging to the music.
His "Eyes of God" and his winking face as he holds his hat have been recreated faithfully. His mischievous expression reflects the one he has in the ending sequence, and together with Sonic on his shoulder it contributes to give him a playful feeling. His fingers keeping the rhythm and the pose of his legs remind of a dance scene, while the fluttering jacket and the gap in the suspenders give realism to the figure. By using the alternative parts it's possible to have both Leonard and Sonic smile.
