G-SHOCK's sports line G-LIDE, favored by the world's top surfers, is equipped with a smartphone linkage function, and the GBX-100 is available in colors inspired by night surfing. This model can easily set tidal information and sunrise/sunset times on the watch from approximately 3,300 locations around the world in a dedicated app*. In addition, the high-resolution MIP LCD improves visibility. In addition to tide graphs and moon data, high and low tide times, high and low tide tide levels, and sunrise and sunset times can be displayed. This allows the user to grasp the current situation at a glance, and together with the training measurement function, supports surfers from their fingertips. The bezel is made of a combination of resin and metal and coated with black IP. The top part of the bezel is made of stainless steel, with a hairline and honing process to provide both strength and texture. The resin guard structure is designed to withstand shocks from above, below, left, and right, and together with the button guard at the 6 o'clock position, it provides shock resistance. The band is made of soft urethane with a slit at the base of the band at 6 o'clock to ensure a comfortable fit and to prevent water and perspiration from escaping. The G-LIDE has a cool, dark-toned finish reminiscent of night surfing.
