Since its launch in 1983, the G-SHOCK has continued to evolve in pursuit of unrelenting strength.
To celebrate the start of the new year, this special model features the “horse,” the zodiac animal for 2026. Inspired by the legendary “thousand-mile horse,” it embodies the power and beauty of a horse capable of galloping a thousand miles in a single day.
The dial features a horse with a bold, spirited expression, while its mane is engraved on the glamorous gold IP-coated bezel, creating a distinctive, three-dimensional finish. The gold accents on the hour markers symbolize New Year’s blessings and splendor, and the contrasting red serves as a striking accent that underscores the Thousand-Mile Horse’s resilience. The case back and special packaging also feature illustrations of the thousand-mile horse, making this a celebratory design to mark the Year of the Horse.
For the base model, we’ve selected the GBM-2100 with a metal bezel, which retains the slim profile characteristic of the 2100 series while featuring smartphone connectivity and Tough Solar technology. Combining durability and beauty, this special model is designed to bring good luck in the New Year.
