The lens construction consists of 10 elements in 6 groups, including 2 aspherical lenses. The optimal arrangement of aspherical lenses suppresses image curvature and ensures flatness, resulting in high resolving power all the way to the corners of the image.
In addition, the use of an aspherical lens for the focus lens suppresses changes in image quality due to changes in shooting distance.
- Compact, lightweight, comfortable operation and stylish design
The lens is lightweight, weighing only 180g. The lens itself is also small enough to minimize vignetting when looking through the optical viewfinder of the FUJIFILM X-Pro2 mirrorless digital camera (*The lens hood and lens barrel enter the periphery of the field of view when using the optical viewfinder).
