G-SHOCK MT-G Series
- The MT-G series pursues innovative structural beauty by fusing metal materials with resin materials, the origin of G-SHOCK, based on a unique design concept.
The MTG-B3000 further evolves the “Dual Core Guard Structure” in which the module is protected by a carbon-reinforced resin case and the outside is covered by metal parts.
The stainless steel back cover is formed into a complex three-dimensional shape through several processes of pressing, cutting, and polishing.
The new structure and design challenge the back cover to hold the lugs that secure the band, the crown guard, and the button guard, while also achieving a smaller and thinner design.
The development of a thin multi-function module using high-density mounting technology has also resulted in a 12.1mm height from the back cover to the bezel, which is significantly thinner than the existing MT-G model.
- The newly developed one-push interchangeable band structure makes it easy to replace the band without tools, and the button on the lugs can be pressed from both sides,
The band can be easily replaced by pressing the buttons on the lugs from both sides.
- The MTG-B3000D features a lightweight layered composite band made of stainless steel and fine resin.
The stainless steel bezel is coated with black IP and then re-finished with a hairline finish to expose the stainless steel only on the top surface, an elaborate design.
- A highly transparent sapphire glass is used, and the dial is delicately shaped by Casio's Yamagata Plant's microfabrication technology and vapor-deposited for a high quality finish.
- In terms of functionality, the watch uses Bluetooth(R) communication to connect with the dedicated CASIO WATCHES application to acquire time information.
The watch is also equipped with practical functions such as Multi Band 6, Tough Solar, and a high-luminance LED light.
