G-SHOCK MT-G Series
- The MT-G series pursues innovative structural beauty by fusing metal materials with resin materials, the origin of G-SHOCK, based on a unique design concept.
The MTG-B3000 further evolves the “Dual Core Guard Structure” in which the module is protected by a carbon-reinforced resin case and the outside is covered by metal parts.
The stainless steel back cover is formed into a complex three-dimensional shape through several processes of pressing, cutting, and polishing.
The new structure and design challenge the back cover to hold the lugs that secure the band, the crown guard, and the button guard, while achieving a smaller, thinner profile.
- By developing a new thin multi-function module using high-density mounting technology, the height from the back to the bezel is 12.1mm, which is more than 2mm thinner than the MTG-B1000.
Furthermore, we have developed a new one-pusher type interchangeable band structure that makes it easy to replace the band without the use of tools,
The band can be easily replaced by pressing the button on the lugs from both sides.
- The MTG-B3000BD features a lightweight layered composite band made of stainless steel and fine resin.
The metal parts are coated with a color IP coating for a fresh, unprecedented coloring.
- The highly transparent sapphire glass is used, and the delicate modeling and vapor deposition process by Casio's Yamagata factory's microfabrication technology have made it possible to create a highly sophisticated watch with a solar-powered faceplate.
The dial is solar-powered, yet has a high quality finish.
- In terms of functionality, the watch uses a Bluetooth communication function to connect with the dedicated CASIO WATCHES application to acquire time information.
The watch is also equipped with practical functions such as Multi Band 6, Tough Solar, and a high-luminance LED light.
