The "G-SHOCK 40th Clear Remix" series is a limited edition model of G-SHOCK, which has been pursuing toughness since its birth in 1983 and will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2023.
The series is inspired by the reconstruction of G-SHOCK's popular models and expresses an unprecedented sense of transparency through the use of clear parts.
The case back is engraved with the 40th logo by Eric Hays, who also designed the G-SHOCK 25th, 30th, and 35th logos.

The digital display may be difficult to see depending on the angle from which the watch is viewed due to the use of transparent material on the LCD surface.
