The lens features our unique high-performance HD Coating (High Definition) multi-coating. Compared to conventional multi-coatings, the HD coating is less reflective and has higher transmittance, which reduces ghosting and flare and delivers clear images under severe shooting conditions such as backlit conditions.

A new circular aperture has been adopted. This suppresses the glow of light when shooting a point light source, and delivers a more natural and beautiful bokeh effect that accentuates the descriptive performance of the limited lens.
