Product Features

- Compact ultra-telephoto zoom equivalent to 600mm in 35mm format
The SIGMA 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS Contemporary for Fujifilm X mount is the sixth lens to be converted to the X mount, and is a super-telephoto zoom lens covering an angle of view equivalent to 150-600mm in 35mm format.
While covering the 600mm equivalent ultra-telephoto range, the lens has a compact design with a length of 199.5mm, a maximum diameter of 86mm, and a weight of 1,135g. It enables super-telephoto photography utilizing the compact Fujifilm X-mount system. The SIGMA 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS Contemporary, designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras, can be used with an APS-C format X-mount body to deliver extremely high descriptive performance right up to the extreme periphery.

- Uncompromising High Image Quality
The 16-group, 22-element lens construction includes one FLD and four SLD elements for excellent correction of various aberrations. The latest optical design and optimization for mirror-less systems ensure high resolution and uniform image quality all the way to the periphery. The lens maintains stable and high optical performance at all focal lengths, including the intermediate focal range from the wide end to the telephoto end, and in all conditions from long distance to close-up photography, demonstrating the true value of a zoom lens.

- Various functions for comfortable ultra-telephoto shooting
In addition to fast and comfortable autofocusing with a stepping motor optimized for Fujifilm's X series cameras, the lens is equipped with a powerful image stabilization (OS) mechanism equivalent to approximately 5 stops*.
The lens body is equipped with an AF function setting switch to select AF lock/AF activation, a focus limiter switch to optimize the AF range according to the shooting purpose, and a zoom lock switch to lock the zoom ring rotation at the wide end position and prevent the barrel from stretching due to its own weight when being carried around, The OS switch allows switching between two correction modes: image stabilization mode 1, which is suitable for general shooting, and image stabilization mode 2, which is ideal for streaming shots of motor sports and other sports. The OS switch supports comfortable ultra-telephoto shooting.
In addition, the straight-through zoom allows you to operate the zoom by grasping the hood for intuitive and quick framing. The camera supports "Dual Action Zoom," which can be operated in two ways: with the zoom ring and in a straight line.
Based on CIPA standards (measured with an APS-C size mirrorless camera at a focal length of 400mm).

- Lightweight and Compact
Sigma's Contemporary line of super-telephoto zoom lenses offers a lightweight, fun and enjoyable lens that combines a focal length of 100-400mm with the necessary features in a compact, lightweight body. Not only is the weight of the lens reduced, but it is also made of the most suitable materials, such as magnesium for the tripod mount, which requires the greatest strength, to ensure both lightness and robustness. In addition, a tripod mount (sold separately) is available for use with camera bodies of various sizes. This allows for long hours of use without concern, even when taking pictures where the burden on the camera body is a concern. The tripod mount can be used with the included strap, which reduces the load on the mount when carrying or moving the camera.
