G-SHOCK MASTER OF G series "FROGMAN" with ISO standard 200m diving waterproof function.
GWFA1000XC/A1000C is a composite band model of the analog series GWF-A1000. The band is FROGMAN's first composite band, and the center detent has an extension mechanism to make it easy to wear over a wetsuit when diving. The band can be folded down to a comfortable length for normal use.
The GWF-A1000XC and GWFA1000C are made of carbon-reinforced resin and fine resin parts, respectively, for strength and lightness. The base model is the GWF-A1000, which retains the asymmetrical face design that has been an icon since the series' inception in 1993, and features an analog display. The large luminescent hour and minute hands enhance visibility and make it easy to intuitively determine measurement information. The case is designed with an integrated back cover.
The case is a carbon monocoque case integrated with the back cover. The reinforced resin containing carbon fiber has low water absorption rate and is resistant to hydrolysis, thus boasting high water resistance and strength. The GWF-A1000XC uses a stacked layer of carbon for the bezel, with only one layer of the bezel colored orange to give it a unique look. The stainless steel bezel of the GWF-A1000C is coated with blue IP, and yellow is added to the second hand. The composite band allows the Frogman to seamlessly switch between everyday life and the diving scene.
