MASTER OF G FROGMAN
The G-SHOCK "FROGMAN" model with triple sensors is an ISO-standard 200m submersible waterproof model to support underwater missions.
The sensors enable measurement of depth, azimuth, and temperature. The depth can be measured down to 80m, which exceeds the limit of diving activity, in 10cm increments. The azimuth measurement function enables the user to measure azimuth information, which is important for diving missions, without worrying about the angle of the arm. In addition, a time stamp function is provided to record time, depth, and temperature information during a mission, and a button at the 9 o'clock position is provided for ease of operation.
The exterior and quality of the watch are also designed for use in diving missions. The stainless steel case is coated with a DLC coating for high abrasion resistance and is combined with an airtight screw back. The back is engraved with the character of a frog in diving gear. To improve visibility, scratch resistance, and resistance to water pressure, a thicker-than-usual sapphire glass is used for the windshield. The model is thoroughly focused on the specifications required by divers, including large forged buttons that can be operated even while wearing gloves, a long band with a carbon fiber sheet insert, and a high-luminance LED light to support activities in dark places.
