Shipping Q&A

Before Shipment

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

A. Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days after purchase. Please note that during holiday seasons, such as the year-end and New Year holidays, shipping may take longer than usual.

Q. When will I receive my tracking information?

A. Tracking information will be sent to the email address registered with your order after your package has been shipped.

Q. What shipping method do you use?

A. Orders to the United States are shipped via DHL. Orders to other countries and regions are generally shipped via EMS.

Q. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

A. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other import-related charges may be charged depending on your country or region. If these charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Q. Why is no tracking information showing even though I received my tracking number?

A. Tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment. In many cases, this simply means the carrier has not updated the tracking system yet. Please check again later, as it may take some time for the information to appear.

Q. Why has my tracking status not changed for a while?

A. For international shipments, tracking updates may take time depending on customs clearance and transportation conditions. A delay in updates does not necessarily mean there is a problem. However, if there has been no change in the tracking status for more than one month, please contact us.

Q. My tracking status says “Pick Up.” What does that mean?

A. After the package arrives in the destination country, the final delivery or handover method may be decided by the local carrier. If the tracking shows “Pick Up” or if you cannot find detailed information online, we kindly ask you to contact the local carrier directly for further assistance.
